Insights: throughput, cycle time, gates, cost

Delivery metrics in agI3R aren't self-reported: they're replayed from the immutable event log, so the dashboard and the audit trail can never tell different stories.

How it works

01
Metrics from events, not estimates

Throughput and cycle time are derived by replaying stage-transition events — the same substrate the boards project from, so a chart is as trustworthy as the audit trail.

02
Gate outcomes are a first-class metric

Approval rates, request-changes loops, and decision latency are surfaced alongside delivery numbers — how the governance itself is performing, not just the throughput it governs.

03
Project and tenant scope

Project members see their project; admins get the tenant-wide roll-up with a per-project breakdown — and tenant-level cost stays admin-only.

04
Dependency-free charts

Every chart is inline SVG rendered by the platform itself — no third-party analytics library sits between your delivery data and your screen.

Human control

Insights are read-only projections — they never write state, and tenant-wide cost visibility is admin-gated.
