Project chat with confirm-everything actions

A chat panel that knows your project — and has no hands of its own: every action it proposes arrives as a card that only an explicit human confirm can execute.

How it works

01
Grounded in your project

Answers come from the project's actual state — board, backlog, gates, artifacts — not from a general-purpose chat detached from the work.

02
Actions arrive as cards, not side effects

The assistant can propose actions from a fixed catalog — log a backlog item, start an interview, request a scan — and proposing one changes nothing.

03
Confirm re-validates, then reuses the native path

A confirmed action is re-validated against the same catalog and executes through the exact same code path as the native screen — same rate limits, same licensing, same events.

04
Chat prose stays out of the record

Conversation text never enters the event log — only confirmed actions do, recorded as themselves with you as the actor.

Human control

Every proposed action requires an explicit human confirm — the assistant has no execution path of its own, by construction.
