Repo onboarding & scan-to-backlog

Bringing an existing project into agI3R starts with a scan, not a blank board: your repo becomes a reviewed backlog of features, grouped by area, with dependency hints attached.

How it works

01
Clone and inventory

RepoScanAgent clones the repo and inventories it into discovered features plus an overview artifact of the stack and its modules.

02
Grouped, not just listed

Discovered items are grouped by area with dependency hints, so the resulting backlog reads like a map, not a dump.

03
Flags what needs a closer look

Items the scan can't confidently place are flagged rather than silently filed, so a human reviewer knows where to look first.

04
Triage on top of the scan

TriageAnalyzer can give newly logged follow-up items a ready-vs-needs-ideation verdict, so the backlog doesn't just grow — it sorts itself.

The agents behind it

Human control

Backlog publish — a human reviews the scanned inventory before it becomes live board items.
